6.3.1. Child Labour
Child Labor Act 2056 (1993 BS), article no: 2 defines child labor below
16 years are not allowed to work. A strong vigilance is required to restrict
child labor from working in road and bridge construction and associated works
by the contractor. The project shall apply the prevailing rules and regulation
