The transfer of a deed is intended to move the ownership of some sort of property from one entity to another. This may be from one person to another, from one business to another or any combination of the two. It has certain process and procedures. The CDO shall notify the compensation amount that is to be payable by the concerned ministry and the competent authority of the project shall pay the amount within the stipulated time and obtain the land ownership documents.
