Step 30: Final Account

The Contractor shall supply a detailed account before the end of the Defect Liability Period. The Final Account shall comprise all the detailed calculation sheets from the beginning of the works to the completion of works, including summary sheets, payment sheets, CPA calculations, any claims, dispute board fees etc., all supported by laboratory reports, drawings, original copy of indices published by the N.R.B etc. The Project Manager shall certify final payment within the time specified (in SCC) after receipt of the Contractor’s final account.
